Campion AFC are proud to announce a new partnership with Bolton Woods Juniors, one of the largest junior football clubs in Bradford. The agreement will see young players from Bolton Woods Juniors become more involved with Campion matchdays — walking the team out as mascots, taking part as flag bearers, and even acting as ball boys throughout the season.
The partnership is designed to bring local football closer together, giving young players an inspiring first-hand experience of senior football while building stronger ties across the community.
Calum Cullen, CEO of Campion AFC, said:
“Bolton Woods are one of if not the biggest junior club in the city, and it’s fantastic to have formed this partnership with them. We want to develop closer links with the community, and this is the first real step towards doing that. Giving young players the chance to be part of our matchdays is something really special, and we hope it will inspire them as they continue their own football journeys.”
Michelle Elliott, Secretary of Bolton Woods Juniors, added:
“We’re delighted to be working with Campion AFC. This partnership gives our players a unique opportunity to be part of a proper matchday experience, which is something they’ll never forget. It’s brilliant to see a local club like Campion investing in young people and making them feel included at every level.”
This exciting collaboration underlines Campion AFC’s commitment to strengthening grassroots football in Bradford and creating long-term connections with the next generation of players and supporters.
