Volunteers are the backbone of any successful non‑league club, and whether you can offer a few hours on a matchday or help out behind the scenes during the week, your support would make a huge difference.

Available Volunteer Roles

We are currently looking for help in the following areas:

Matchday Stewards – assisting with crowd safety and general matchday operations

Turnstile / Gate Staff – welcoming supporters and helping at the entrance

Raffle Ticket Sellers – helping raise vital funds on matchdays

Tunnel & Matchday Support – assisting players and officials on matchdays

Hospitality Volunteers – food and drink service, bar support and general hospitality duties

Ground Maintenance – helping keep the pitch and facilities in top condition

Media & Social Media Support – content creation, matchday updates and club promotion

No previous experience is required for most roles – just enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to be part of the Campion AFC family.
