Campion AFC travel to the Easy Buy Stadium on Tuesday evening for a huge NCEL Premier Division clash against Barton Town, with both sides knowing that their play-off destiny remains firmly in their own hands.

With the season reaching its defining weeks, this rearranged fixture carries enormous significance. Barton currently occupy the final play-off position and sit just one point ahead of Campion in sixth place, although the Red & Blacks still hold two games in hand. A positive result on Tuesday could dramatically shift the momentum in the race for the top five.

The reverse fixture earlier in the season still lingers in the memory.
