Little quarter given to Littletown

Despite a lack of football in recent weeks Campion didn’t look rusty as they brushed aside a competitive Littletown FC side. The first half saw Craig Nicholls net three times among a host of chances as the away side struggled to get to grips with the Campion system.

The second half was a much more even affair as Littletown attacked and pulled back two goals courtesy of a Joe Jagger free kick and ‘buggie’ finish. With the game teetering either way Campion fired home a fourth from Gavin Armitage to once again put the visitors at arm distance.
